Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We guarantee that your isopods will arrive alive and healthy. This Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) applies only to the condition of the isopods upon delivery. If your isopods arrive dead, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the deceased isopods. We will then, at our discretion, either reship the order (if available) or issue a refund for the cost of the deceased isopods.

Important Conditions for LAG:

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the dead isopods is required.

  • The delivery address must be correct and accessible. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or inaccessible delivery locations.

  • Extreme weather conditions (heat or cold) may affect shipping. We reserve the right to delay shipments due to weather conditions if deemed necessary to ensure the safety of the isopods. We will communicate any such delays to you.

  • The LAG is void if the package is left unattended in extreme weather conditions after delivery. Please make arrangements to receive your package promptly.

No Further Warranty

Beyond the Live Arrival Guarantee, we offer no further warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the health, lifespan, or future productivity of the isopods. Isopods are living creatures, and their ongoing care is the sole responsibility of the customer. Factors such as enclosure conditions, substrate, humidity, temperature, and feeding practices can all impact their survival and well-being. We provide care guides and recommendations on our website, but we cannot guarantee success in keeping isopods after they have been successfully delivered.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • The lifespan of the isopods after arrival.

  • The reproductive success of the isopods.

  • The long-term health or well-being of the isopods after arrival.

  • The suitability of the isopods for any specific purpose beyond their intended use as pets or cleaner crews.

By purchasing isopods from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the limitations of our Live Arrival Guarantee and the absence of any further warranty.
